Job Responsibilities Product Delivery: Lead the development of Aon's new Broking Platform using agile methodologies and modern software practices. Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor global development teams, including vendors, across multiple delivery models (staff augmentation, fixed bid, managed outcome). Architecture & Design: Collaborate with architects and other leads to define scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. Hands-On Development: Write complex code when needed, especially for performance-critical components. Code Quality: Conduct frequent code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product owners to define scope, roadmaps, and success metrics. Process Ownership: Coordinate SLDC artifacts, testing strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals. Innovation & Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and share knowledge across teams. Technical Skills Required Languages & Frameworks: .NET MVC, React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Cloud: Azure /AWS Databases: SQL Server, Architecture: API integrations, n-tier architecture, design patterns DevOps: Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines Security: Strong understanding of secure coding and application testing Leadership & Methodology Minimum 3 years as a technical team leader Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience in global product development environments Qualifications Bachelor?s or master?s in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in hands-on development How We Support Our Colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we are proud to be an equal opportunity workforce.
