Job Description

Primary Skills AI/ML & Generative AI Expertise Extensive professional experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with Python Proven, hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using LLMs (e.g., RAG systems, fine-tuning, prompt engineering). Deep understanding of ML and LLM/NLP evaluation techniques (e.g., precision, recall, F1 and metrics for assessing hallucination, relevance, and context). Demonstrable experience integrating AI/ML models into applications via APIs, microservices, and other integration patterns. Experience analyzing and benchmarking model performance across multiple datasets and use cases. Strong understanding of AI trustworthiness principles, including model accuracy, interpretability, robustness, and responsible AI practices. Secondary Skills Fullstack Expertise Extensive professional experience in full-stack development. Strong proficiency in backend development with NodeJS . Strong proficiency in front-end development with React . Deep experience with database design and management, specifically Postgres and general SQL . Proven experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Bedrock, SageMaker). Proven track record in designing and maintaining enterprise-grade, scalable web applications. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Good to have skills - AI Agents, Agentic AI, MCP
