Sr. Advanced Services Engineer, CSS Tech Delivery, Cloud Infrastructure

Job Description We're looking for a talented Cloud Oracle DBA. We're after curious mind, good interpersonal skills, and excellent technical skills in the area of Cloud DBA admin, a good set of hardware (ZDLRA/ZFS) skills is an added advantage. We're after someone who can troubleshoot, apply changes, fix Exa Cloud@customer related problems, think at scale. You should also think at scale, how to manage Exadata cloud@customer connected to hundreds of DBs, mission critical systems. This is a hand-on job.Work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems. RAC, ASM, Data Guard, Golden gate are mandatory skills. It is 24/7 operations. Mandatory skill required are MSSQL and Postgress. Responsibilities As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will interface with the customer's IT staff on a regular basis. Either at the client's site or from a remote location, you will be responsible for resolution of moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, recommended maintenance and use and repair/workarounds for Oracle products. You should be highly experienced in some Oracle products and several platforms that are being supported. You will be expected to work with only general guidance from management while advising management on progress/status.
