Job Description – Accountant (5 Years Experience)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance)

Industry: Accounts & Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns on time.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor accounts.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare MIS reports, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / ERP software.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing / service / trading company accounts.
• Exposure to audits and statutory filings.
