Role Description

This is a full-time Accounting Expert role at DXFactor. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to financial management, reconciliation, analytics, and reporting. The Accountant will be responsible for supporting accounting operations, handling month-end close activities, and ensuring accuracy in financial records and reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Handle complete accounting, reconciliation, and analytics of assigned Opex / Balance Sheet areas.
2. Assist the accounting team in various accounting operations.
3. Handle month-end close activities including Opex accounting and ensure completeness.
4. Perform balance sheet reconciliation activities.
5. Prepare MIS reports for financial tracking and analysis.
6. Work with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
7. Knowledge of Zoho Books and QuickBooks will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Expertise in accounting principles and financial processes
• Knowledge of Zoho Books and/or QuickBooks
• Experience with reconciliation and financial reporting
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
