About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee and manage the complete accounting function across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in core accounting principles, statutory compliance, and branch-wise financial management. This position requires stability, strong leadership, and the ability to handle accounting operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise branch-wise accounting for multiple locations

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Prepare and verify Trial Balance, PL, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements

Handle GST, including returns, reconciliation, and compliance

Manage Income Tax workings, advance tax calculations, and documentation

Oversee TDS deductions, filing, and reconciliation

Support the finalization of accounts as per statutory requirements

Review branch accounts regularly and ensure timely reporting

Maintain coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and internal teams

Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management review

Ensure proper documentation, internal controls, and adherence to accounting standards

Monitor cash flow, branch expense control, and vendor payments

Guide and support junior accounting staff across branches

Eligibility Criteria

Must have experience in handling multiple branches

Strong knowledge of Core Accounts, Gst, Income Tax, Tds, Trial Balance Finalization

Must have stable career history with long-term tenure in previous companies

Strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and attention to detail

Proficient in accounting software and Advanced Excel
