Job Title: SQL Server Query DeveloperJob Description We are seeking a SQL Server Query Developer with 1?2 years of experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SQL Server architecture, indexing strategies, and performance tuning fundamentals. You will work closely with the development team to ensure efficient database operations and accurate data management. Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions. Troubleshoot and tune slow-performing queries. Assist in designing and maintaining database schemas, tables, views, and indexes. Collaborate with developers to integrate SQL queries into applications. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. Build complex SQL-based reports as required by the business. Support routine database maintenance, backups, restores, and monitoring. Analyze requirements and create efficient database queries. Assist in troubleshooting and supporting production database issues. Required Skills & Experience 1?2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022). Good knowledge of T-SQL, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and indexing. Understanding of relational database concepts and normalization. Basic experience with query optimization and performance tuning. Experience with stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views. Familiarity with SQL tools such as SSMS, SQL Profiler, or Performance Monitor. Knowledge of SSIS/ETL concepts (optional but a plus). Ability to work with large datasets and generate reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
