Job Title: SQL Developer with Health Care Domain Exp

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support business and operational needs.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Analyze healthcare data including claims, members, providers, eligibility, and clinical information.
• Troubleshoot database performance issues and optimize query execution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, application teams, and data engineers to understand reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support production issues related to database and reporting applications.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, or similar relational databases.
• Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, triggers, and views.
• Experience with database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Product Owner Skills – ability to own the sprint board, create user stories etc.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with version control and SDLC processes.
