As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented SQL and Power BI Developer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with 0–1 year of hands-on experience in SQL and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, report/dashboard creation, and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions and insightful visualizations to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

SQL Development:

• Write SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and stored procedures.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, and profiling.
• Work with large datasets and ensure performance tuning of queries.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Power BI Reporting:

• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Implement DAX formulas for advanced calculations and KPIs.
• Create data models and relationships within Power BI.
• Integrate multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.) into Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and visual appeal of reports.
• Publish and manage Power BI reports and datasets in the Power BI Service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in SQL and Power BI development.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and data warehousing.
• Basic proficiency in writing SQL queries and optimizing performance.
• Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Basic knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and Power BI Gateway.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
