SQL Developer

We are looking for a detail-oriented SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain database solutions that support business operations in a remote setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Design and implement database schemas, tables, and indexes
• Ensure data integrity, security, and performance across databases
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues and bugs
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to support application and reporting needs
• Create and maintain documentation for database structures and processes
• Conduct regular backups, monitoring, and maintenance of databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; freshers are welcome to apply
• 0–4 years of experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Strong understanding of database design, normalization, and query optimization
• Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setup

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS)
• Familiarity with Python or scripting for data automation
• Exposure to cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, Google BigQuery)
