The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases, building ETL pipelines, and supporting BI/data integration initiatives across various healthcare systems. This role requires a strong understanding of SQL, data warehousing principles, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support reporting and Responsibilities : Development & Management : Design and develop relational databases (OLTP/OLAP) to support business applications and reporting. Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for high Perform database administration tasks such as performance monitoring, tuning, and security controls. Ensure data integrity, reliability, backup, and recovery compliance. Integrate data from multiple healthcare systems like PMS, EHR, billing, and other operational Warehousing & ETL : Design schemas and data models for enterprise data warehousing (EDW). Build, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines for data consolidation and transformation. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and quality for analytical and operational needs. Develop queries and stored procedures to support BI dashboards and reporting. Collaborate with BI Developers to support Power BI and visualization & Support : Work closely with Business Analysts and BI Developers to understand reporting requirements. Support automation and analytics initiatives in collaboration with Python/RPA teams. Document database structures, schema designs, and ETL processes for knowledge sharing And Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 15 years of experience in SQL development, database engineering, or data analysis. Proficiency in SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). Hands-on experience with ETL tools or Python for data pipeline development. Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts (star schema, snowflake, dimensional modeling). Experience with database performance tuning and administration. Familiarity with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Skills : Exposure to cloud-based or self-hosted BI/data environments. Knowledge of healthcare data systems (PMS, EHR, Billing) is a plus.
