Pradha Solutions is hiring a hands-on SQL Server Developer with strong expertise in T-SQL, performance tuning, and SSIS. The role involves working on high-volume OLTP systems, optimizing queries, and supporting production environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server database objects (SPs, functions, views, triggers)
• Write and optimize complex T-SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries)
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data migration
• Analyze and resolve slow queries using execution plans, DMVs, and Extended Events
• Design indexing strategies and partitioning for large datasets (1M–10M+ rows)
• Monitor SQL Agent jobs, troubleshoot failures, blocking, and deadlocks
• Support production incidents and ensure database performance and stability
• Implement data integrity using constraints, transactions, and error handling
• Work with cross-database queries and synonyms
• Collaborate with .NET/Angular teams for efficient data access

• Write rollout/rollback scripts and manage schema changes across environments
• Participate in code reviews focusing on performance, security, and concurrency
• Develop unit/integration tests for database objects
• Follow CI/CD practices for database deployments

• Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022)
• Advanced T-SQL development
• Query optimization and execution plan analysis
• Indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with SSIS
• Experience working in production environments

• Deadlock and blocking analysis
