Role: Sports Venue Executive

About the Role?
Sports Venue Executive handles backend operations and SOP execution at the centre. The SVE ensures accurate reporting, clean processes, and operational readiness to support smooth on ground player experience. Success in this role is defined by discipline, reliability, and zero surprises in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Ensure backend coordination for centre readiness before and after games/events, including hygiene and security checks.
• Execute all backend SOPs (booking ops, collections support, reporting, hygiene checks) exactly as defined, with zero shortcuts.
• Ensure all required data, reports, and checklists are updated accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance, task completion, and a dependable approach to daily operations without requiring follow-ups.
• Flag issues early with clarity and context, and escalate responsibly after attempting defined SOP actions.

You are likely to be someone who -:

• Enjoys hands-on, on-ground roles.
• Has past experience in back end roles in retail, sports events, sports grassroots, fitness, and hospitality.
• Has a graduate degree in a relevant line of education.
• Has played and are recreationally good at a sport in the past.
• Is comfortable with Mobile apps and tools.
• Has fluency in verbal communication.
• Can Compliance follow instructions, is Coachable, detail oriented, and reliable.
