Role Description The Sports Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for clients with sports injuries and performance-related concerns. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical evaluations, designing individualized rehabilitation programs, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and monitoring client progress. The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, coaches, and trainers, as well as educating clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and safe return-to-play protocols. The Sports Physiotherapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, uphold clinic standards, and contribute to continuous service improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based at P3 Physio Clinic in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications

  • Recognized degree in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with a focus or strong interest in sports physiotherapy.
  • Current professional registration or licensure as required by local regulatory bodies.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating sports-related musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
  • Strong skills in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and functional rehabilitation.
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on clinical progress and evidence-based practice.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, coaches, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good clinical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Comfort working in a busy clinical environment, managing time and caseloads efficiently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, including staying updated on current research and best practices in sports physiotherapy.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate athletes’ schedules and clinic requirements.
