Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sponsorship Sales Manager based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing sponsorship sales, generating new business opportunities, and cultivating strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to client account management and help expand revenue opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sponsorship Sales and the ability to build strong partnerships to achieve sales targets.
  • Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure potential opportunities.
  • Expertise in Sales and Account Management, including client relationship building and negotiation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
