Job Title: Sponsorship Sales Manager (Technology)

Work Location: Okhla phase-II

To fuel our aggressive growth plans, we are expanding our team! We are looking for a highly motivated professional with 5 to 7 years of proven sponsorship or media sales experience, within a B2B media house to join our team and contribute to the evolution of retail media and events.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively secure sponsorships through calls, emails, proposals, and meetings.
  • Consistently meet assigned sponsorship revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and potential clients.
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on payments from sponsors and exhibitors once contracts are confirmed.
  • Keep up-to-date with event timelines and sponsorship submission deadlines.


Job Specifications

Must have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 4–5 years of proven sponsorship or media sales experience, preferably in a B2B media environment. Key skills required for the role include :

  • Strong ability to build and connect with technology service providers, particularly in the Retail, eCommerce, and D2C sectors.
  • Familiarity with the technology sector, including current trends and major players in Enterprise Tech, SaaS, AI, Cloud, and Retail Technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research skills to identify, qualify, and pursue leads through market intelligence and industry networking.
