ABOUT IFES

The International Federation of Esports (IFES) is a global platform dedicated to promoting esports, gaming innovation, competitive tournaments, and industry collaboration through international championships, conferences, expos, and community initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sponsorship Manager to drive sponsorship sales, strategic partnerships, and brand collaborations across IFES events and initiatives.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies for IFES events, leagues, championships, conferences, and expos
  • Identify and acquire new sponsors, advertisers, and corporate partners
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, agencies, gaming companies, and industry stakeholders
  • Prepare sponsorship proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and customized partnership packages
  • Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and closure of sponsorship deals
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, media, and event teams to ensure smooth sponsor deliverables
  • Maintain sponsorship pipeline, sales reports, and revenue forecasting
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sponsorship revenue targets
  • Explore strategic alliances with technology, gaming, education, lifestyle, and consumer brands
  • Represent IFES at business meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Event Management, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, B2B sales, or event sponsorships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and close sponsorship deals
  • Experience in esports, gaming, sports, media, startup ecosystem, or events industry will be preferred
  • Strong corporate network and relationship-building capabilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software
