SPM/ITBM Sr Developer 7 ? 10 years of overall experience in development and must be 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow. Strong platform knowledge and expertise in SPM modules that includes experience on configuration and implementation of Project, Program and Portfolio management, Resource and Financial Planning, Demand and Timesheet management, investment funding. Experience of Workspace Service Delivery is good to have. Strong background on server and client-side scripting Support upgrades and release plan Write and Maintain Technical documentation. Apply agile and Lean Methodology Good communication skills CIS SPM, CSA and other micro certification on SPM will be advantageous
