About the Role As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Splunk and Data Monitoring, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and security of DHL?s global IT infrastructure. You?ll work with cutting-edge monitoring technologies to provide real-time insights, detect anomalies, and support incident resolution across complex systems. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain monitoring system and alerts for infrastructure and application monitoring. Perform root cause analysis using Splunk?s search and correlation capabilities. Provide third-level support for performance and availability issues. Collaborate with IT support teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve incidents. Manage and implement changes in production and test environments. Ensure high availability of key DHL Group services. Required Qualifications Splunk Certified Enterprise Admin or Developer (preferred). Experience integrating Splunk with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Strong experience with Splunk data ingestion, search queries, and dashboard creation. Proficiency in OpenShift, Linux/Windows OS environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
