Job Description
Description We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL, and end-to-end data migration. The candidate will lead migration from legacy systems (SQL Server, Oracle, AS400, CSV, SharePoint) into a modern Salesforce sandboxes using Azure-based data platform. Key Responsibilities Build and manage ADF pipelines (including SHIR for on-premise sources). Perform data mapping from legacy systems to standardized target models. Execute data transformations, cleansing, validation, and quality checks. Implement data masking and secure access using Azure AD, Key Vault, and Private Endpoints. Load datasets to Salesforce QA, UAT, and Production environments. Optimize SQL queries and troubleshoot data pipeline issues. Prepare documentation: mapping sheets, reconciliation reports, runbooks. Required Skills 8- 10 years in Data Engineering / ETL. Strong SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL expertise. Hands-on experience with data migration across multiple RDBMS systems. Understanding of data masking, encryption, and secure data flows. Experience with data modeling and business entity mappings. Nice to Have : Salesforce data model exposure, Python scripting, Clariti domain knowledge. (ref:hirist.tech)
