Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Hyderabad. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with families and other therapists to support each child’s goals. The role also involves educating caregivers on strategies to reinforce therapy at home, contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings, and participating in program development to enhance clinical services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related challenges.
  • Experience working with Communication Disorders and Language Disorders in pediatric populations.
  • Knowledge and clinical experience in assessing and treating Dysphagia.
  • Recognized degree or certification in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Relevant licensure/registration as required by local regulations.
  • Experience in pediatric or early intervention settings is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to create child-centered, engaging therapy sessions and collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills, with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive practice.
