Language & Listening Stimulation Center (LLSC) is a specialized center that provides rehabilitative, guidance, and counseling services for children and adults facing communication, language, and behavioral challenges. Established in 2011 by Speech and Hearing Rehabilitation Specialist Rana Mirza and partnered with global expertise, LLSC is renowned for being the first center in Saudi Arabia to implement the "Journey Sharing with Parents" program. Based in Jeddah, the center offers a range of services including speech improvement sessions, stuttering treatments, voice issue therapies, language delay rehabilitation, auditory-verbal therapy, learning difficulties support, behavioral adaptation, psychological counseling, IQ and ADHD testing, and skill preparation programs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah for a Speech Language Pathologist. The primary responsibilities of the role include diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults. The role involves conducting therapy sessions for stuttering, voice disorders, dysphagia, language delays, and auditory-verbal rehabilitation, as well as collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored intervention plans. Monitoring patient progress and providing reports will also be essential duties.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Speech Therapy and managing a variety of speech issues
  • Proficiency in addressing Communication Disorders, Language Disorders, and Dysphagia
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and strategies for treating speech and language challenges
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and team members
  • Knowledgeable in early intervention methods and experience working with children and adults with communication difficulties
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Professional certification or licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
