Specialist Technical Support: EA Controls

Your job:

• Independently handle 2nd level technical support inquiries with a focus on control systems and Festo controllers
• Analyse complex system and customer issues related to Festo controllers such as CEPE and CPX‑E‑CEC
• Prepare application notes, how‑to documentation, and technical knowledge base content and engage in technical forums and databases to provide structured and timely solutions
• Develop and deliver technical training sessions and presentations remotely and in person for global support teams
• Collaborate closely with development, product management, quality, sales, subsidiaries, and customers worldwide
• Provide occasional on‑site support for troubleshooting, programming, and commissioning of machines using Festo controllers

Your qualification:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a comparable qualification with 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Professional experience in commissioning, technical service, or automation support with strong exposure to control systems
• Solid PLC programming knowledge (e.g., CODESYS V3 including STL and CFC, Beckhoff)
• Understanding of industrial fieldbus systems such as EtherCAT, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA
• Experience with Festo controllers, IO‑Link devices, Festo Automation Suite, and Festo AX is advantageous
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and training delivery skills with high self‑motivation
• Customer‑focused mindset with global collaboration experience, willingness to travel, and fluency in English

Working Timings: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM

Working Experience: 5-10 years of experience
