Job Role: Specialist – Partnerships & Affiliates

What will you do?

Build Strategic Brand Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard complementary brands with a similar target audience (fitness, wellness, sports nutrition, lifestyle, etc.)
  • Develop cross-promotion opportunities that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial commercial partnerships
  • Maintain long-term strategic relationships with partner brands

Build and Scale the Affiliate Ecosystem

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage dieticians, personal trainers, fitness coaches, nutrition experts, and wellness professionals as affiliates
  • Develop affiliate engagement programs to drive consistent referrals
  • Build incentive structures and commission plans
  • Strengthen affiliate relationships to improve retention and performance

Execute Go-to-Market (GTM) Initiatives

  • Launch co-marketing campaigns with partner brands
  • Coordinate joint campaigns, giveaways, webinars, challenges, and product launches
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams for campaign execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of partnership commitments

Track Partnership Performance

  • Measure revenue, customer acquisition, referrals, and campaign ROI
  • Monitor affiliate and partnership performance against defined KPIs
  • Build dashboards and performance reports
  • Identify opportunities to optimize partnerships for better outcomes

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Category, and Product teams
  • Align partnership initiatives with business objectives
  • Coordinate campaign execution with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure seamless communication between partners and internal teams

Identify New Growth Opportunities

  • Research emerging partnership opportunities within the health, fitness, and wellness ecosystem
  • Build relationships with gyms, fitness communities, sports events, wellness platforms, and other relevant partners
  • Recommend scalable partnership initiatives to accelerate business growth
  • Continuously improve partnership processes and execution
