Position Purpose:

The Specialist, Marketing will support the execution of regional marketing strategies across India and APAC by creating compelling content, driving digital engagement, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong content capabilities, digital marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful marketing programs.


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with local leadership and India/COE Marketing teams to identify region-specific portfolio marketing priorities.
  • Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support development of the annual India & APAC marketing plan.
  • Ensure alignment of all activities with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.


2. Content Creation & Execution

  • Develop compelling and engaging content for multiple platforms including email, social media, website, and newsletters.
  • Draft, edit, and publish content while maintaining consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice.
  • Manage and execute content calendars (monthly, quarterly, annual).


3. Campaign & Marketing Operations

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns including emailers, landing pages, and social posts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, digital) and external vendors/agencies.
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and deployment of marketing communications.


4. Social Media & Community Engagement

  • Develop and implement a social media content strategy, primarily focused on LinkedIn.
  • Drive follower growth and engagement through high-quality content.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions to build brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Track, analyze, and report social media performance on a monthly basis.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and refine strategies accordingly.


5. Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and product collateral.
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with marketing strategy and brand positioning.
  • Support development of channel enablement tools.


6. Events & Marketing Programs

  • Support planning and execution of digital events, webinars, physical conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Assist in promotions, coordination, and post-event engagement activities.


7. Operational Support

  • Maintain content and digital asset libraries.
  • Document processes, templates, and workflows to ensure consistency.
  • Support ongoing marketing operations hygiene and execution excellence.
  • Provide outstanding customer service both internally and external, while performing other duties as assigned.


*Individuals may perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences or relief, to equalize peak work periods, or otherwise to contribute to the organization when needed.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in product/service marketing (B2B or B2C).
  • Preferred experience in corporate education, EdTech, or HR domain.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with strong design sensibility and content review skills
  • Experience managing agency partners (preferred)
  • Passion for marketing and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

  • Event Platforms: Zoom, SpotMe, StreamYard
