About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Presentation Designer to join our design team in Pune. In this role, you will support global marketing, sales and innovation teams by creating visually clear, well-structured, and brand-aligned presentations. The role focuses on transforming complex technical and commercial content into professional business presentations while ensuring consistency with Döhler’s corporate design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Presentation Design & Development

• Design and format professional PowerPoint presentations for global business teams
• Support capability decks, innovation concepts, customer presentations, internal communication and technology showcases
• Transform complex technical or commercial content into visually clear and structured slides
• Improve existing presentations by enhancing layout, readability and visual storytelling
  
  

Brand & Template Management

• Ensure presentations follow Döhler corporate design guidelines
• Create and maintain PowerPoint master templates and slide libraries
• Standardize charts, icons, diagrams and visual elements for consistent usage
  
  

Content Collaboration

• Work closely with global marketing, product management and sales teams
• Support teams in structuring slides and improving clarity of communication
• Assist in visualizing topics such as ingredient technologies, product capabilities and market insights Design & Visualization
• Create professional infographics, icons and visual frameworks
• Design charts and diagrams to support data-driven presentations
• Ensure high visual quality and consistency across presentation materials
  
  

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Design, Visual Communication, or a related design degree Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in presentation design, corporate design or marketing communication
• Proven experience creating business presentations in PowerPoint Skills
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography and visual hierarchy
• Experience in infographic and visualization design
