Strong AEM product & architectural exposure to lead teams, assign task and guide technically in BAU/Enhancements. Prior experience and strong articulation skills to Lead teams in technical discussions with Business and Engineering teams. [Primary Skills]: MUST HAVE 10 ? 12 years of development experience on Adobe AEM/CQ experience implementing full cycle Adobe AEM projects. Extensive experience in AEM architecture & technology suite, Sling web framework & Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflow (custom, OOTB), multi-site manager (MSM), Dispatcher filter & mapping rules. Solid experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, pages, experience fragments & bundles. Experience in integrating AEM with other platforms, technologies, third-party systems, APIs, different internal servers, databases using both frontend (ajax, cookies) & backend components (servlet, OSGI, Sling) Troubleshoot complex issues by analysing Heap & Thread dumps. Provide architectural guidance & suggestion around server environment configurations, data management, caching, CDN usage, security, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education Qualificaiton Must have completed engineering or degree. Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with Adobe SMEs, Business and Technical business analysts, designers & teams to understand business requirements to translate them into scalable AEM solutions. Provide technical leadership to the development team, best design practices and ensuring code quality, and mentor leads & developers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize AEM application performance, and ensure smooth functionality of web platforms. Lead regular synch up calls with counter-part teams - Biz, Content, ? Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM projects. Lead & co-ordinate the regular & bigger content launch events from planning, WBS creation & review, regular connects, pre, post war-room activities. Lead the platform continuous operational & cost effective improvement initiatives to meet the defined KPI. Regularly conduct project assessment, identify risks & problems & resolve.
