Your impact

Electrical SME shall be able to guide the overall team on Electrical design issues as per requirement. He shall be having strong knowledge of the following Electrical systems.

• Extra High Voltage System – Min. working/design experience on 220 KV GIS/AIS systems.
• Good Hands-on experience on Power System Studies
• MV/LV Distribution along with Sizing of Equipment’s & their selection.
• Hands on Experience in Engineering Calculations like Transformer/ DG Sizing, Earthing, Lightning Protection, Cables Sizing, UPS, DC Battery Charger sizing etc
• Hazardous Area Classification requirements for Electrical equipment’s
• Vendor Evaluation/ Review of the Technical submittals.
• Client/Vendor Meetings
• Mentor/Training of the resources on Electrical Systems
• Well acquainted with National & International Codes & Standards for Electrical systems
• Working experience in Industrial/Pharmaceutical Projects
  
  
  

Here's what you'll need

Minimum qualification – BE / B-Tech

Experience – 18 years.

Type of Industries – Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / FMCG / Chemical/Data Center

Knowledge and work proficiency of following software is desirable from a candidate –

• ETAP or equivalent for electrical power system studies.
• Dia-Lux or equivalent for lightning calculation.
• AutoCAD
• Good computer literacy.
• Degree Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Should posses expert knowledge of Extra High Voltage system w.r.t Technical Specifications, Single Line Diagrams, Space planning, cost estimation, Electrical Protections, layout planning, Vendor Document reviews etc
• Should posses expert knowledge of Power system Studies i.e. Load Flow, Short Circuit, Dynamic Motor Starting, Relay Coordination & Arc Flash Modules using ETAP/SKM etc . He shall be capable of interpreting the reports and writing the design reports for the Projects with recommendations.
• He shall be able to do Electrical equipment sizing such as Transformer, DG Set, UPS, DC Battery Charger etc
• Electrical protection requirements for Medium & High Voltage system.
• Ability and the initiative learn new types of facilities as required by clients’ requirements.
• Should have hands on working experience of FAT & SAT for all Electrical equipment’s
