Job Description
Internal Communications
- Lead the planning, development and execution of internal communications initiatives aligned to organizational priorities, leadership messaging, and employee engagement programs
- Own content creation and editorial direction for internal platforms including the intranet, newsletters, leadership communications, and campaign-based communications.
- Manage the annual communications calendar, ensuring content is planned, balanced, and delivered on time in collaboration with HR and business stakeholders.
- Act as the primary owner of the company intranet, responsible for content governance, relevance, structure, and quality.
- Conceptualize, write, edit, and publish regular intranet content.
- Drive continuous improvement of intranet storytelling, discoverability, and engagement.

Social Media Content & Brand Voice
- Own content strategy and execution for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice, culture, and employer branding goals.
- Plan, write, edit, and review social media content calendars, campaigns, and key announcements.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand social media content.
- Monitor content performance and engagement trends to continuously refine messaging and formats
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to develop compelling employer branding content across social media, careers pages, and internal platforms.
- Translate employee experiences, values, and culture into authentic, story-driven content.
- Mentor and guide a junior team of communications and content professionals, providing direction on writing quality and storytelling.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on drafts, campaigns, and content ideas to raise overall quality standards.
- Establish content guidelines, templates, and best practices to support consistent execution across the team.
- Act as a trusted content partner to HR, leadership, business partners, and global/local stakeholders.
- Ensure messages are consistent across internal, external, and social channels while tailoring for different audiences.
- Drive participation in aspirational awards and recognition platforms to strengthen the Lennox India brand.
- Support the development of communication assets such as corporate presentations, videos, posters, and digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 - 8 years related experience.
- Requires full expertise in the best practices of marketing communications design.
- Must be expert in coordinating with internal and external resources in order to deliver a quality marketing product.
- Able to take information from multiple sources and synthesize that information into manageable content for users.
- Ensures complex information is understandable.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
