Supports cost reduction projects and improvement initiatives to achieve overall business objectives related to raw material planning Accountable and Responsible to assist the planning team in ensuring business continuity. Collaborate with Head Planning in the activities involved with Procurement Category Teams , Quality Team , to qualify sources , RM codes , trial production and support on time qualifications of parts and sources Take up Continuous Improvement projects so as to improve the process & systems related to Raw material planning. Assist the planners in analytics related to Raw Material Planning & Inventory Management based on aligned Production requirement for all Plants , collaborating with all stake holders - Supply Chain , Category Procurement Team , Finance Organization , Quality & Technology Teams , Manufacturing Plant teams and vendors Accountable and Responsible to drive the 8 Reasons of Inventory for Raw Material for all Plants for all Codes with an objective to protect business continuity and optimizing cash and total delivered cost Support with the necessary analytics for optimizing inventory replenishment processes at the SKU level and address changes and issues that may arise Raw Material Planning , Forecasting , vendor scheduling , Inventory Management ,quality of process , associated with circa 450M USD of Raw Materials from more than 200 + vendors and100 + RM Codes Continuous improvements projects, aimed at achieving lean processes related to Raw material planning, digitize standard work through application of Robotics, smart tools to support end to end process around signal to make & buy as applicable for Raw Materials. Preferred Masters Work Experience at least 5 to 7 years? experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the FMCG or Automotive industry. Exposure to lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvements, ERP platform for material management and Operations Planning.
