The Goan Bliss, South Goa is looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join the culinary team at our boutique resort located near Varca. Nestled amidst lush greenery and offering a serene poolside retreat, The Goan Bliss is dedicated to delivering warm Goan hospitality and memorable dining experiences for our guests.

This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in intimate hospitality environments and enjoys crafting diverse, guest-focused dining experiences.

Who We’re Looking For:

- A hands-on culinary leader with strong kitchen management skills

- 10 years experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or premium hospitality environments

- Strong background in menu development and multi-cuisine dining

- Ability to curate guest-focused dining experiences in a relaxed resort setting

- Experience in team building, training, and kitchen leadership

- Strong operational control over food quality, hygiene, costing, and SOPs

- Passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food experiences

What You’ll Do:

- Support and lead day-to-day culinary operations of the resort

- Contribute to menu planning and seasonal menu innovation

- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction

- Maintain strong standards for kitchen hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency

- Work closely with management to strengthen the resort’s F&B experience and identity
