Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in specialist recruitment and a strong ability to adapt and deliver in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialist recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Proven ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
• Experience in growth roles is a plus, especially with exposure to contractor or vendor networks
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical mindset with technical sourcing capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including direct search and vendor networks
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective candidate pipelines
• Manage candidate communications professionally and timely
• Analyze sourcing metrics to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies
• Support the recruitment team in managing multiple requisitions and priorities efficiently
