Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager, based in Ghaziabad. The Sourcing Manager will oversee the procurement of materials, establish relationships with suppliers, and ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting quality standards. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Sourcing Manager will coordinate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and address supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain Operations
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, Cost Analysis, and Market Research
• Knowledge of materials specific to fashion and jewellery manufacturing
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Skills in Inventory Management and Logistics Coordination
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for sourcing and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the fashion or jewellery industry is a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
