Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sourcing Manager - Food & Beverages. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of products within the food and beverages category. The role also includes managing supplier relationships, analyzing industry trends, optimizing the supply chain, and implementing cost-saving strategies. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality, pricing, and logistical requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in supplier identification, assessment, and contract negotiation
• Comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverages category, including market trends and sourcing procedures
• Strong skills in supply chain optimization and cost-saving strategies
• Experience in vendor management and maintaining supplier relationships
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analysis
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in F&B Industry is a must and a prior stint with any E-Commerce/Q-Commerce Company shall be preferable.
