Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company’s sales network.
  
• Develop strategies to activate channel partners and motivate them to prioritize our real estate projects.
  
• Coordinate all communications and interactions with channel partners, providing them with up-to-date project information, sales materials, and support.
  
• Monitor channel partner activity and performance, ensuring that project targets are met.
  
• Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions with channel partners to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive sustained project promotion.
  
• Report on channel partner engagement, sales figures, and project pipeline to senior management.
  
  
  
  

• Graduate, Post Graduate.
  
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, channel partner management, or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of the Navi Mumbai real estate market and channel partner network.
  
• Proven ability to engage, motivate, and manage channel partners for high sales performance.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
