Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a strategic Sourcing Manager to build and scale our global supplier network across India and Southeast Asia. This role will own end-to-end sourcing strategy across key categories including packaging materials, films, and consumables. This is a high-impact role at a fast-scaling company, where you will directly influence cost structures, supplier strategy, and supply chain resilience as we grow from $10M to $100M.

• Own sourcing strategy across key categories (trays, films, pads, corrugation, etc.)
• Build and manage a multi-country supplier network (India, Vietnam, Thailand, China)
• Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and reliability.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives across categories.
• Build should-cost models and understand key cost drivers (raw materials, conversion, logistics)
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers.
• Establish supplier scorecards (cost, quality, OTIF)
• Improve supplier performance through structured engagement.
• Work closely with factories to ensure production alignment.
• Identify supply chain risks proactively (capacity, geography, pricing volatility)
• Build contingency plans (dual sourcing, alternate suppliers)

 • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations or related field (MBA is a plus)

• 4-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment

• Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus

• Exposure to global sourcing or international suppliers is an added advantage
