Engineers at SISC will play a key role in shaping this foundationbuilding systems that are resilient, innovative, and Required : Payment Domain, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS. Role As a Senior/Staff Engineer at SISC, you will design and build large-scale backend systems, lead technical initiatives, and mentor engineers. Responsibilities You will play a key role in ensuring service reliability, scalability, and quality, while actively contributing to coding and technical & Responsibilities : Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. Debug complex issues in distributed systems and ensure reliability. Lead peer reviews, maintain coding standards, and guide junior engineers. Support and improve live services with strong ownership. Drive initiatives to enhance scalability, performance, and : 8- 12 years of backend development experience. Strong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS. Solid experience with distributed, high-volume systems. Strong knowledge of RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra). Hands-on with CI/CD (Jenkins) and caching technologies Redis or Similar. Strong debugging and system troubleshooting skills. Experience in payments system is a must. (ref:hirist.tech)
