You’ll champion Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) — our award-winning learning platform, recognized as a leader in the Forrester Wave™: LMS & LXP, Q1 2024 — partnering with some of the world’s most innovative enterprises to drive measurable learning transformation.

- Deliver transformative product experiences through high-impact demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements that bring Adobe Learning Manager to life.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers — understanding their learning strategies, technology landscape, and organizational priorities to design scalable, outcome-driven solutions.
- Partner across Sales and Customer Success to lead the full pre-sales journey — from discovery and solution design to technical validation and executive buy-in.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Business, IT, and HR/L&D to align learning transformation initiatives with measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer needs into actionable solution enhancements and technical innovations.
- Bring thought leadership by staying ahead of digital learning trends, SaaS innovation, and enterprise technology advancements.
- Champion the customer’s voice, providing structured feedback to Product Management to influence roadmap priorities and elevate solution value.
- Inspire at the executive level through strategic presentations, briefings, and webinars that articulate the business impact of learning transformation at scale.
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS solution consulting experience, spanning technical discovery, architecture design, and large-scale integrations.
- Proven expertise in SaaS architecture, API development, and data flow design supporting automation and cross-platform orchestration.
- Experience in enterprise LMS/LXP design and configuration — Adobe Learning Manager experience strongly preferred.
- Strong record in value-based consulting, delivering compelling demos, building executive alignment, and driving measurable business impact.
- Hands-on experience designing and executing proof-of-concept solutions using modern integration and programming frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across technical and executive audiences.
- Adept at linking technical capabilities to business value, crafting narratives and business cases that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
- Proven Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom solution delivery and presentations.
- Comprehensive understanding of RESTful API design, JSON data structures, and SaaS ecosystem integrations.
