Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft platforms and cloud services.
• Assess the current technology landscape and recommend improvements and modernization initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver strategic technology solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide architectural guidance.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies and platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Identity & Access Management, and enterprise integration.
• Experience with cloud architecture, hybrid environments, and infrastructure modernization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are highly desirable.
