Solutions Architect - SAP FSCM

Position Summary :

The IT Manager will be responsible for driving solutions for technology system architectures involving SAP ecosystem that align with the business needs; Manages and oversees the integration of complex systems and infrastructure; Oversees a team of skilled technical professionals specializing in various platforms and technologies, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and its associated applications.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Create innovative SAP ERP technology solutions to transform organization's current Finance, Procurement, Order to Cash and Analytics operations.
• Manage, coach, and develop team members by setting clear expectations, providing continuous feedback, and creating growth opportunities that build capability, engagement, and leadership depth while delivering on business objectives
• Provide support in facilitating Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), Requirement Gathering, FIT-GAP Analysis & Key Design Decisions.
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking deliverables.
• Manage teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FSCM solutions, Ariba, and other related Finance applications ensuring smooth integration of all components.
• Design, configure, and testing of various functions based on specific business processes related to Record to Report, Source to Pay, Order to Cash modules.
• Collaborate with the project team, project delivery leads, System integrators, and stakeholders to develop Finance solutions powered by SAP.
• Evaluate technical and functional integration requirements and collaborate with the technical/functional teams.
• Oversee the implementation and support activities across teams and execute cutover activities as needed to ensure readiness for go-live.
• Oversee training and change management aspects in implementing a successful module for the user community and upskilling IT teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (with at least 15+ years of work experience)
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in SAP FSCM
• Must have completed a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations involving SAP FSCM functions
• Experience with a S/4HANA Transformation Project - Greenfield/Brownfield and Value proposition supported by Industry specific leading practices.
• Experience and knowledge of integrating SAP Financials with Sales & Distribution/Order to Cash, Source to Pay, and Acquire to Retire
