Job Data JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE: SAP FICO Public Cloud Solution Architect Experience Required : 10+ years Location ? Hyderabad/ Pune/ Hybrid Shift timings: EST ? (5PM ? 2AM IST) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW) . The ideal candidate will lead solution design, drive best practices, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of finance processes on SAP Public Cloud. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP FICO in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW) environments. Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and cloud-ready finance solutions. Drive FIT-to-Standard workshops and guide customers on adopting SAP Public Cloud best practices. Configure and optimize core FICO modules, including: General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing Ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party applications. Create solution design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials. Support end-to-end project phases: Explore, Realize, Deploy, Run in a Public Cloud environment. Collaborate with SAP and internal teams on extensibility, integrations, and event-based architecture. Address incidents, manage change requests, and ensure continuous improvement post go-live. Provide thought leadership in Public Cloud limitations, accelerators, and extensibility options. Required Skills & Experience 6?8 years of total SAP FICO consulting experience. Minimum 2?3 SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (GROW) implementations as FICO Solution Architect / Lead Consultant. Strong understanding of FIT-to-Standard methodology and Public Cloud deployment frameworks. Deep functional expertise in: Finance Master Data Financial Operations Period-End Closing Cost Accounting & Internal Orders Hands-on experience with: SAP Public Cloud configuration tools and accelerators Ability to work closely with business users, conduct workshops, and provide advisory guidance. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Have SAP S/4HANA Cloud certifications.
