Job Title:BI Architect/Project Manager Experience: 12+ years Location: Dubai (On-site) Solution Architect + Project Manager ? BI & Analytics Professional Summary A seasoned BI & Analytics professional with 15+ years of experience across Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and Application Development. Strong expertise in MicroStrategy, Power BI, SAP BI, and Qlik Sense , complemented by solid knowledge of ETL, Data Modeling, and DW concepts . Proven track record in leading end-to-end BI implementations, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality analytics solutions across multiple domains, including Insurance . Known for aligning technical solutions with business needs and driving impactful decision-making through data. Core Competencies BI Architecture & Development Hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy, Power BI, SAP BI, and Qlik Sense . Strong understanding of ETL processes, Data Warehousing, Schema Design , and Data Modeling . Experience developing dashboards, mobile BI solutions, transactional reports , and advanced analytics. Skilled in SQL validation , performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex data/reporting issues. Project & Team Leadership Led end-to-end BI project lifecycles from requirement gathering to deployment and production support. Experience working as a Developer, Architect, Business Analyst, and Project Manager . Successfully managed and mentored cross-functional teams, improving delivery efficiency and team capability. Active participant in Agile/Scrum , collaborating with product managers and remote/global teams. Delivery & Quality Assurance Proficient in migration, release management, scheduling, and publication of BI solutions. Strong focus on quality through functional, regression, UAT, integration, and performance testing . Expertise in auditing, performance benchmarking , and ensuring compliance and process efficiency. Led POCs and contributed to product feature planning and sequencing. Insurance Domain Experience Worked extensively in the Insurance industry , supporting BI & analytics initiatives across policy management, claims analytics, customer insights, and operational reporting. Delivered data-driven solutions improving reporting efficiency, compliance tracking, risk analysis, and business forecasting for Insurance clients. Strong understanding of domain workflows including underwriting, claims processing, premium calculations, customer lifecycle analysis , and regulatory reporting. Client Engagement & Training Delivered training to APAC and global clients on reporting fundamentals, advanced analytics, and mobile BI . Experienced in understanding aesthetic and functional requirements and translating them into scalable BI solutions. Developed user manuals, knowledge documents, and conducted end-user enablement programs.
