About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineering Lead / AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. This is a leadership role for someone who is passionate about building production-ready AI platforms, driving innovation, and leading high-performing engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, MLOps, Cloud AI platforms, and AI solution architecture, along with strong stakeholder management and delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and implement scalable LLM, SLM, Agentic AI, and RAG applications.
• Build production-ready AI platforms with a strong focus on performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Drive AI adoption across business functions by partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Lead AI engineering teams, mentor technical talent, and establish engineering best practices.
• Develop and optimize AI pipelines, model deployment strategies, and MLOps frameworks.
• Define AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model monitoring standards.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Present AI strategies, technical solutions, and architecture recommendations to senior leadership and clients.

• Experience managing large-scale AI transformation initiatives from strategy through production deployment.

Education

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
