Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to provide architectural and technical leadership for customers in the Media and EdTech industries. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and domain expert, helping customers design, build, and optimize modern cloud-based solutions while driving the adoption of industry best practices and innovative technologies.

You will collaborate closely with customers throughout their cloud transformation journey, from solution design and technical validation to deployment and optimization. Additionally, you will mentor peers, contribute to customer success, and continuously expand your expertise across emerging technologies and industry trends.

As a key member of the Media team, you will:

• Lead customer enablement initiatives and technical workshops.
• Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical validations.
• Facilitate customer onboarding and adoption of cloud services.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for strategic customer engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong solution design, customer-facing, and technical consulting skills.
• Proven experience in the Media industry, with strong knowledge of: OTT (Over-the-Top) platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Rights Management (DRM) Content Delivery Networks (CDN), Live video streaming workflows and architectures, Video-on-Demand (VoD) platforms. Consumer applications across Smart TV, iOS, and Android devices
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on AWS, including: Amazon EC2, S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon CloudFront, Edge computing and security services, AWS Elemental Media Services, AI and machine learning services
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with broadcast and media operations, including:
• Playout and automation systems
• Media Asset Management (MAM) platforms
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migration and modernization projects.
