To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Solution Manager - SIWA, AI & Digital Factory Automation in Chennai, India.
This role will manage SIWA-related solution requests across AI, shop floor automation, digital factory, warehouse, and logistics process automation areas. The role will act as the product and solution management interface between business stakeholders, factory teams, technical delivery teams, and deployment groups to convert business needs into scalable digital solutions.

This role will manage SIWA-related solution requests across AI, shop floor automation, digital factory, warehouse, and logistics process automation areas. The role will act as the product and solution management interface between business stakeholders, factory teams, technical delivery teams, and deployment groups to convert business needs into scalable digital solutions.
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage intake, assessment, prioritization, and backlog ownership for SIWA-related AI, shop floor automation, digital factory, warehouse, and logistics automation requests.
- Work with business stakeholders, factory teams, Global Capability Owners, architects, and delivery teams to clarify requirements and define solution scope.
- Convert business needs into product requirements, acceptance criteria, delivery priorities, and implementation roadmaps.
- Coordinate sprint planning, demos, solution reviews, release readiness, and stakeholder communication for assigned requests.
- Track risks, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and action items to ensure predictable delivery and adoption.
- Drive standardization, solution reuse, and continuous improvement across factories and process areas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years overall experience with at least 5+ years in solution management, product management, manufacturing IT, digital factory solutions, warehouse/logistics automation, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of shop floor automation, AI-enabled use cases, digital manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, and factory process automation concepts.
- Experience managing product backlogs, business requirements, stakeholder alignment, sprint reviews, and solution delivery governance.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills across global teams.
