• Develops and evolves solution architectures to address complex, multi-dimensional business and technical challenges.
• Influences stakeholder understanding of solution capabilities and strategic value.
• Champions a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the solution architecture team.
• Ensures architectural consistency with enterprise standards and drives adoption of solution patterns.
• Provides strategic insights to senior leadership, influencing long-term architectural direction.
• Leads initiatives that are critical to the organisations commercial strategy and transformation agenda.
