Position Overview: We are looking for a Solution Architect with hands-on experience designing custom integrations for SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Workday/BambooHR, NetSuite, ERP, CRM, and Finance tools. This role involves designing scalable, secure integration architectures, owning enterprise IT process alignment including data migration, and ensuring robust authentication mechanisms like SSO and SAML are implemented. Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams to understand business requirements and design bespoke integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Architect and oversee custom integrations across multiple SaaS platforms and legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. Lead design and implementation of authentication and security frameworks including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise identity management. Drive data migration planning and execution, ensuring data integrity and compliance during transitions between systems. Guide development teams during implementation phases, reviewing architecture, configurations, and integration code to maintain quality and adherence to technical standards. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex integration issues, coordinating across teams to resolve blockers promptly. Develop and maintain detailed technical architecture documents, integration diagrams, and runbooks for solution maintenance and future upgrades. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Integration Architect, or similar technical leadership role focused on SaaS products and enterprise integrations. Proven expertise in designing and building integrations for platforms including Salesforce, Workday/BambooHR, NetSuite, and ERP/CRM/Finance systems. Strong technical knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, and related enterprise authentication and authorization protocols. Experience leading data migration efforts with a strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques. Deep understanding of enterprise IT processes, architecture frameworks, and security best practices. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. Hands-on experience with API design, data integration patterns, message queues, ETL tools, and cloud-based middleware is a plus. Why Join Us?
