We are seeking an experienced AMS Solution Architect with strong pre sales and RFP solutioning expertise to design, position, and articulate innovative Application Management Services (AMS) offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end AMS solutioning for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals, including technical approach, delivery model, transition, governance, and commercials.
Analyze client requirements, application landscapes, and pain points to propose tailored AMS models
Develop effort estimates, pricing models, staffing plans, SLAs, and KPIs aligned to client and business expectations.
Apply ITIL-aligned service management, governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in solution designs.
Partner with sales teams to shape winning pursuits and present solutions to client stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Clearly articulate business value, cost optimization, productivity gains, and innovation through AMS constructs such as automation, AIOps, and DevOps.
Work closely with delivery, finance, legal, and SMEs to ensure feasible, competitive, and compliant proposals.
Contribute to AMS solution assets, templates, and best practices to improve win rates and solution maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of IT experience with strong focus on AMS pre sales / solution architecture in Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT services organizations.
Deep understanding of Application Management Services, including support models, SLAs, transition, and steady state operations.
Proven experience in RFP response leadership, solution writing, and bid management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL / service management, with exposure to automation, monitoring, DevOps, and cloud based AMS.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
