Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – HRO with strong expertise in Human Resource Outsourcing solutions, RFP/RFI responses, and HR technology platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end HRO solutions, supporting pre-sales activities, and developing innovative HR transformation strategies. Knowledge of AI applications in HR processes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end HRO solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Lead solutioning activities for HR outsourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal), RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and HR transformation teams to create competitive proposals.
  • Define technology architecture and HR platforms using tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and other HR technologies.
  • Provide strategic input on HR digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation in HRO processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure feasible, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Present solutions and proposals to clients and leadership teams.

Required Skills

  • 12–15 years of experience in HR outsourcing, HR transformation, or HR technology consulting.
  • Strong experience in solution architecture and pre-sales activities.
  • Hands-on experience in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and large deal pursuits.
  • Knowledge of HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of HR processes (Recruitment, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in AI, automation, or analytics within HR operations.
  • Exposure to HR digital transformation and global delivery models.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
