Solution Architect

We are seeking experienced and passionate engineers to join our team. Our team members must take the initiative to identify problems and possess the right mindset and skill set to solve them. The critical tasks you will perform:

• Define and implement comprehensive, scalable technology solutions tailored to meet each requirement's unique needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with both short-term goals and long-term business strategies. Additionally, provide detailed solution designs, architectural diagrams, and technical documentation that support project execution and future scalability
• Provide expert technical guidance and strategic recommendations, including technology stack selections, optimal architecture, and actionable implementation strategies that align with business requirements and expected outcomes
• Evaluate alternative approaches, identify potential risks, and proactively mitigate them by recommending process re-engineering, optimizing system performance, and adapting solutions to changing business environments
• Conduct in-depth architectural system evaluations to ensure the solutions align with enterprise-level requirements, performance expectations, and future scalability needs
• Provide detailed solution designs, architectural diagrams, and comprehensive technical documentation to support project execution and future scalability. Ensure all documentation is clear, accessible, and aligned with the expectations of clients and internal teams
• Provide detailed budget plans for proposed solutions, present straightforward profitability calculations, and ensure that solutions are delivered within cost constraints while optimizing resource utilization
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and product development, to ensure the seamless and successful delivery of solutions on time and within budget

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience designing and implementing scalable architectures using microservices
• Advanced knowledge of building high-performance systems that are suitable for enterprise environments
• Experience in independently completing system designs, including requirements gathering, technical specifications, and coding
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with database architectures, such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience deploying code on AWS or Red Hat OpenShift containers
• Experience with performance optimization
• Experience with database migration
• Familiarity with programming languages, including Java, Ruby, Go, and Rust
